Treetops greet you from every upstairs bedroom window, and you can enjoy views looking out at the gardens from the downstairs rooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed; the secondary room has a twin bunk bed; the other 3rd and 4th bedrooms have queen size beds. Bathroom features include large tubs, and a steam shower.

Outside, the property sits on 4+ acres, and your backyard opens to a short stair to your private piece of Bull Creek, which has ancient trails, waterfalls and hiking paths to explore. No need to get in the car for a walk or meditation, nature meets you at your doorstep.

The house is located 15-20 minutes’ drive from downtown, 25 minutes from Austin Airport. You can be close to downtown, yet feel like you are in the country when you are at home—nestled in the trailheads, parks and nature reserves. It’s a short drive to many restaurants, stores, public libraries and play gyms, but with a home like this, you may find yourself not wanting to leave.

The rate includes all utilities, as well as weekly housekeeping and landscaping services. A crib and high chair are available upon request.
